SHIPPING AND DELAYS

QUICK AND DAMAGE-LESS DELIVERY OF OUR JEWELRY

All our deliveries are done through ground delivery. Please allow 2-4 business days for Quebec and Canada, 4-8 working days for the United States and between 4-10 working days (not guaranteed) for Europe.

Conditions out of our control (weather, strikes, customs, etc.) may cause aditionnal delays.

All our parcels are sent within a reasonable time (1 to 2 working days) and very well packed to counter any transport-related eventualities.

Please note that any error or incomplete address may cause additional fees for re-shipping, depending on the chosen delivery mode.

Overage fees may be applied for deliveries outside of Canada.

Our products are sent in letter format by Post Canada, they will thus be delivered in your mailbox. Delivery times are not guaranteed, so Bijoux Bijoux assumes no responsibility for any delay in receipt. Contact us for a long delay. For express delivery with tracking number (charges), please choose express delivery for Canada, delivery time will then be guaranteed.

For the United States and Europe, you may choose between free delivery and express delivery (including tracking number) (extra fees).
