Who we are |
It has been created by Emanuelle Duchesne and Pascal Couturier to give Quebec's artist a window to the world. Emanuelle (Les Fantaisies d'Ema) builds the jewels and finds new collection that give an edge to the website. Pascal, designer of Bijoux Bijoux, photographs jewels and updates the website. European buyers: billing is made in Canadian dollars. Prices are converted from Canadian dollars to euros using the change rate. Your credit card will convert the price in your currency.

Bijoux Bijoux uses the latest technologies in security for internet sales. Security of transactions is optimized through a 128 bits SSL certificate which is 100% safe. You will note the "s" in the adress ("https://") as soon as you add an item to your shopping cart. This means that you've accessed the secured area of the website. You will also notice a small locker at the bottom of your browser.
Returns and exchanges
We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied of your order, and exchange or a refund is allowed for an item of the same value. A fee of 5.00$ will be retained. Return is at the charge of the client.
We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 30 days following the sale. Item must be returned as it was when sold. Any damaged item won't be refunded. Shipping fees may apply.
Shipping delays
Expect from 3 to 5 open days for Quebec, Canada and U.S. and between 4 and 12 for Europe.
There is no shipping fees. Every order is shipped free. If you want faste shipping, contact us. Fees may apply.
